The board allows you to keep track of all of your tasks in real time. You can see who's working on what, which tasks are upcoming, and which ones are overdue.
At SBB, our project managers could create and assign tasks to team members within seconds.
It also helped us organize our projects and visualize the progress of each one at a glance.
Moreover, we found it easy to monitor each project's tasks, deadlines, and status with its time-tracking features.
Overall, the task management feature is a real game-changer for boosting productivity and keeping everyone on the same page.
The project management feature included with Monday Work Management allows businesses to manage and organize multiple projects simultaneously.

We used Monday Marketer as an all-in-one resource center for planning and managing our campaigns. However, it is important to note that users must scale up to one of the high-tier plans to gain access to this product.

It is a powerful platform to help monitor your leads, who they are, which account and deal they are associated with, and how to contact them best. This is perfect for sales teams who must keep track of multiple leads at the same time.
During testing, it was simple for us to create as many leads as we needed and follow up with the leads who had not been contacted.
This tool helped us organize our leads by priority and deadline and assign specific leads to any team member individually.

Monday Dev is one of the best project management tools for product development teams who manage multiple large projects on tight deadlines. This product helped us create, plan, and build larger projects and organize them based on project timelines.
Although, just like Monday Marketer, your team will have to scale up to one of the more expensive plans to use this product.
These are some of the most notable features included with this platform!
If you're working on multiple projects at the same time, Monday Dev allows you to monitor any major bugs with its bug-tracking feature.
You can create customized bug statuses, assign them to team members, and track their progress all the way through to resolution. It also lets you set priorities and due dates for each bug so nothing falls through the cracks.
Plus, if you're working in a team, this feature lets you assign bugs to specific team members and set up automatic notifications to keep everyone up to date about any changes.
We were able to use this board to help our product development team easily find bugs that popped up throughout the development process and time how long it took for a team member to resolve it.
This made it simple for us to address any major problems quickly before they turned into bigger issues, minimizing any disruption during development.

At SBB, we used it to help us keep track of all of our current projects and monitor the requests we received every week. But this product and its advanced features are only available on its higher-paid plans like Monday Dev and Monday Marketer.
