We added some of our affiliate marketing B2B contacts by clicking the “create new” button.
Here’s how a “new contact” card looked from our perspective.
With each card, we were able to easily edit and view contact information, add tags, and create custom fields (which our whole team could see)
The custom fields were easy to create and customize (shown below), requiring just a few clicks.
We created a checkbox that said “follow-up completed,” which helped our team avoid redundant follow-ups (and stay organized).
Once our contacts were added and our fields fully customized, here’s how our dashboard looked.
We could also easily customize our contact dashboard to reflect the info our sales team needed (which was awesome).

We started testing this feature by adding some typical onboarding tasks we deal with at Small Business Bonfire.
Here’s how it looked every time we added a new task.
We especially liked the ability to easily assign a priority level to each task and add notes (as things got more complicated).
This ensured that our team stayed on track and didn’t miss anything important (which can happen in the blink of an eye).

We started with this feature by creating all sorts of campaigns (over a six-month period).
For example, we were able to create an email campaign for the rollout of our newsletter—the Bonfire Field Guide (BFG).

Our initial reaction was that the app did not get great user reviews (which usually doesn’t bode well). However, the EngageBay app was incredibly easy to use in our experience.
